Salares, the white Axarquía village, takes over its historic centre for a celebration of Arab-Andalusian culture and craft. Expect traditional markets, falconry displays, live music and dance performances, and local gastronomic tastings. The village streets stay candlelit through the evenings — arrive early to explore the market stalls and stay for dinner.
